Introducing the Candidates for Student Council SY 2023-2024!

The SFAMSC Student Council Election has kicked off, featuring two spirited student parties contending for roles within the council. On the top of this photos is the STYLE Party (Serving The Youth with Leadership & Empowerment), while on the bottom is the SWAGG Party (Students Who Aim for Good Governance).

At the core of student governance, the Student Council serves as the vital link between the student populace, administration, and faculty. Acting as both communicator and collaborator, it ensures student voices are not only heard but also valued. As the campaigns unfold, we embrace the democratic process, looking ahead to the emergence of leaders who embody principles of empowerment, governance, and student well-being.

Why We Decided to Stay Online for SY 2022-2023

Dear SFAMSC Family

We hope you and your family are doing well. Thanks to the grace of God, Covid cases have been gradually declining and our nation is slowly opening up again. Several schools even announced they will be returning to face-to-face classes next school year, however, we prefer to be extra cautious and continue our online classes for SY 2022-2023.

We based our decision on the uncertainty and risks of face-to-face classes, and the overall sentiment of the SFAMSC community. In an internal survey with our parents, guardians, teachers, and students - an overwhelming 406 of 580, or 70% of the respondents answered we should continue online classes for the next school year.

We hope for everyone’s understanding and cooperation. Let us always care for each other and continue to pray for the healing of our nation.
